The firm was established with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between small and mid-sized private businesses and the calibre of financial advisory services traditionally reserved for large institutions. Under his leadership, S.K.I.B Advisory has grown into a trusted partner for entrepreneurs and business owners seeking strategic guidance across capital raising, M&A, and financial structuring. Most recently, Sherif was appointed as a Member of the Board of Advisors acting as Co-Head of MENA Advisory at Artane Partners, a boutique capital advisory firm, further cementing his standing as a leading voice in regional investment banking and cross-border advisory. Prior to founding S.K.I.B Advisory, Sherif served at CAPM Investment PJSC, a prominent Abu Dhabi-based investment banking firm, where he successfully executed multiple private and public equity offerings. Before that, he was part of the Corporate Finance Division at Financial Transaction House PJSC, the regional legacy of Arthur Andersen's Global Corporate Finance practice, based in Saudi Arabia, where he led private placements and advisory mandates across the GCC and North Africa, as well as equity capital market transactions in the Kingdom. Sherif began his career at Société Générale Bank in Egypt, where he focused on structuring customized financial solutions for large and mid-sized corporates across a broad range of industry sectors.
