S.K.I.B. Advisory is a corporate finance advisory firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, established in 2012. We are poised to enhance the utilization of financial advisory by extending the resources and services of large investment banks to mid-sized private businesses. The firm offers a wide range of services, with a primary focus on M&A’s, private placements, debt raising, feasibility studies, and business plans. Based on our diversified operational experience and wide network in the region, we are a referral point for many large-scale financial institutions in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.
