Sherif Zaki
Managing Director

Sherif has vast experience in corporate and investment banking working on a diverse range of capital markets and financial advisory products in the GCC and North Africa. In 2012 Sherif Founded S.K.I.B Advisory as a boutique corporate finance advisory firm in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. S.K.I.B Advisory is posed to enhance the utilization of financial advisory by extending the resources and services of large investment banks to small and mid-sized private businesses. Prior to SKIB Advisory, Sherif worked with CAPM Investment PJSC, a prominent Abu Dhabi based investment banking firm, where he successfully closed multiple private and public equity offerings.

Previously, Sherif worked with the corporate finance division at Financial Transaction House PJSC (Legacy of Arthur Anderson – Global Corporate Finance Division) based in Saudi Arabia where he executed various private placements and advisory transactions in GCC & North Africa. He was also involved in various equity capital market transactions in Saudi Arabia. Prior to his GCC experience, Sherif worked with Societe Generale Bank in Egypt. where he focused on identifying customized financial solutions for large and medium size companies in various industry segments.
